The location was marvellous and fab: shopping centers and a market were within walking distance. Had nice dainties at Vespa Cafe, located right by the hotel.

The breakfast was great, with a wide range of goodies. My room included central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV. I did not want to leave, had a wonderful experience and would like to go back there again...

The Staff was very friendly, the room clean, neat and functional and appealing to the eye. The sphere was one of hospitality.
The view from out room (103) was bad. Also with the booking it stated that was a balcony present which was missing.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Massimo Theater and is a short walk away from all the important sites. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The restaurant food is nice, and the breakfast offered is great with fruits or cereals.

Location
Dirty; dingy; badly in need of a revamp; worst breakfast in Sicily not even a tiny attempt at anything non-Italian [ie a million sticky gooey creamy cakes - that's all]. Very expensive without the service or facilities or standards one would expect for that price.

The venue is intimate and top quality, its location is handy, very close to the bus stop, the Theatre, the hop on hop off bus stops, and entry to the pedestrian mall area for shopping and the centre of town. The breakfast is really tasty, includes a huge variety of meals.

Our room was pleasant, and we enjoyed a wonderful view of a famous local landmark, with the fantastic location allowing us to easily walk to an archaeological museum nearby.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Itis in a great position and though on a noisy street the double glazing is very effective. The staff was wonderful....very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and maintained that way by efficient cleaning staff. We would definitely recommend it.

Public parking close to hotel provided. Soundproof, new-fashioned rooms with a balcony overlooking massimo plaza.

The rooms were neat and soundproof, making it feel like home. Having a balcony with a view of Teatro Massimo was fantastic.- The hotel's location was marvelous, just a 10-15 minutes walk to an architecturally diverse church.

Gorgeous location in the heart of Palermo, facing the Opera-house, which was colourfully decorated because of Christmas. Generous pleasant room and bathroom. Balcony (small). Very professional and friendly staff. The room was well soundproofed, hardly any noise from outside, which is a miracle, because Palermo is loud! Of course windows need to be closed, which in summer means using the airco.
The Booked.net text says "Private parking is possible on site". This isn't correct. The parking is in a different location, like with most other hotels. It was all well organised and we didn't really have trouble with it, except you need to be aware of strict closing hours during festive days, which can be inconvenient. Since we specifically were looking for a hotel with it's own parking we think this text should be changed. Free Wifi worked well, but stopped working after 2 days. No positive action on behalf of staff was apparent. After that it was so flaky that we had to use our own Android mobile hotspot.
